The company is managed by CEO & Principal Consultant Tobias Byrne dip. OH&S, WTA, FLM Bus, Public Safety (Fire Fighting Management), RECEO’s Consultancy & Instructional Team are professional rescue personnel, many of whom are active members of rescue & paramilitary units. Providing specialist services to the Petroleum & Resources Industry in Australia and around the globe, RECEO Solutions has a proven operational record across all industrial environments. RECEO personnel are available for short or long term labour hire. There are four classifications within the RECEO Team. • Paramedical Security Officers (PSO) – vocationally experienced Industrial Paramedics and access control officers. Minimum qualifications – Certificate II Security (Guarding), Certificate IV Pre-hospital Care • Emergency Services Officers (ESO) – professionally developed fire and rescue officers with the ability to train and lead industry volunteer response teams. Minimum qualifications – Certificate III Metalifferous Mining Emergency Response, Certificate II Public Safety (Fire Fighting & Emergency Response), Applied Advanced 1st Aid. • Safety & Training Advisors – industry experienced safety practitioners with trade and / or tertiary qualifications. Minimum Qualifications – Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety & partial completion of the Diploma, Certificate IV Training & Assessment, applicable subject matter qualifications. • Specialist – Tertiary qualified subject matter experts with professional rescue and / or Special Forces operational experience.
