Enrollment Conditions
• Email RECEO Operations at enquiry@receo.com.au to request an enrolment form or Telephone: +61 8 9467 1786
• An order number must accompany the registration form or arrangements made with the RECEO Operations Manager
prior to commencement of course to deliver a purchase order within 10 working days of course start date. Arrangements can be made with RECEO Operations if a course is required within the 10 working day window to reduce the purchase
order issue time.
• Placement in the course will be allocated to the person whose approved enrolment is received
Course Booking Approval & Payments
• Payments can be made by EFT or cheque against RECEO invoices within 30 days of issue unless
by special arrangement.
Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy
• A full refund is available when RECEO Solutions cancels the course
• Course positions are transferable within the paying organisation, i.e. if the nominated person is unable to attend, another person may attend in their place.
• Due to the high demand for RECEO’s Training Services the listed cancellation schedule is in place
• Greater than10 working days no charge
• 3 to 10 working days 50 per cent of course fee
• Less than 3 working days 100 per cent of course fee
• Non-attendance 100 per cent of course fee
